About Home Empowerment
SHE was founded by Rafia Aallouch. Since she was 4 years old, Rafia has lived in The Netherlands. For years she lived in a violent home situation. Rafia knows the fears, the worries, the shame and social isolation, and after she managed to escape her situation she has decided to help others. Rafia's work for the foundation is her passion in life, and she gives her full dedication to all women and families.
